My husband and I enjoyed being there. The rooms were spotless and fabulous with a great walk-in bathroom. It was just next door to Edinburgh tram, the private gardens on Queen Street, and the main centre, great location overall. Plus, main attraction such as Cleveleys Front Promenade was 2 km from this hotel.
